Frequently asked questions
When you sign up mid-period, you only pay for the days remaining in the current billing period. For example, if you sign up with 30 days left in a quarter and the quarterly plan is $45, you'd pay roughly $15 for that partial quarter. Your next full billing period starts at the beginning of the next cycle.
Yes. You can add additional states at any time from your account settings. Each additional state is billed at the same rate as your current billing cycle — $49/year, $28/6 months, or $15/quarter — and pro-rated for the days remaining in your current period.
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your paid billing period — we don't issue refunds for unused time, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation. During the 14-day free trial, you can cancel with no charge at all.
The firm admin creates a firm account and invites team members. Pricing is calculated per state — the more users you have on the same state, the lower the per-user rate. For example, 10 users all monitoring New York state would pay $29/user/year instead of $49. Each user can monitor different sets of states, and pricing is calculated independently per state.
